Does Granter submit the application for me?
No. The final submission is done by you on the relevant platform, since access to submission-platform accounts is restricted for Granter. Your account manager can still help you through the submission process.
How is my data processed and kept secure?
Everything you share is used only to deliver the service and is covered by our confidentiality agreements. It is processed inside Granter’s private infrastructure, with nothing sent to public third-party services, and anything processed by our AI models is deleted within 30 days, separately from how long your data is kept on the Granter platform itself.
Is my data used to train Granter’s AI models?
No. Your content and the outputs generated from it are never used to train AI or machine-learning models, by Granter or by anyone else. The only exception is anonymised, aggregated usage metrics that do not identify you, used to evaluate and improve the service.
