About the Role
We’re looking for a Generative AI Engineer to join our core development team at a pivotal moment in our journey. As part of our early team, you’ll work closely with the CTO and product team to develop the next iteration of Granter.ai’s AI capabilities, including building and optimizing our AI Grant Agent.
This is an opportunity to own the development of advanced AI features, leverage state-of-the-art generative models, and directly shape how businesses access and secure grant funding. Your work will not only enhance our platform but also influence the future of AI applications in the funding ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
Design and implement scalable AI workflows, including multi-agent systems and task orchestration.
Build and optimize pipelines for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) using vector databases.
Integrate and leverage libraries such as Langchain for prototyping and exploring agent-based systems.
Collaborate with the product team to ensure AI solutions align with business objectives and deliver real value to users.
Write clean, maintainable code and ensure seamless integration with our backend (Django/Python).
Stay updated on the latest advancements in Generative AI, exploring new technologies and approaches to improve our platform.
What You’ll Need
Experience:
Exposure to function calling or multi-agent systems (experience is a major plus but not mandatory).
Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) concepts and vector databases.
Hands-on experience with libraries like Langchain (or similar)
Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency in Python and related libraries for AI development.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure is a plus but not mandatory).
Mindset:
Passion for staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and exploring innovative approaches.
Excitement about thriving in a startup environment, with a desire to take ownership of projects and responsibilities.
A collaborative approach to solving complex challenges.
Language Skills: Fluent in Portuguese and English are a most.
Bonus Points
Experience with Django or similar backend frameworks.
Familiarity with API REST development and integrations.
Availability to start within 1 month.
