Marketing Analyst (Content & Social)
Lisbon (Hybrid)
Granter is building the AI agent that handles grants end-to-end. Our AI Grant Consultant helps companies find the right funding opportunities, write stronger proposals, and manage projects once they're approved.
Our mission is to support businesses of all sizes to grow and innovate through public incentives. We are deeply involved in the Portuguese startup ecosystem and were the winners of the Web Summit Pitch Competition 2025.
We're now expanding our marketing team and looking for our next hire to strengthen the department. We need someone who can come in, take ownership of execution, mainly in content and social media, and bring a genuine interest in shaping strategy along the way.
We're looking for a generalist profile, with prior marketing experience (junior is fine), strong writing skills, a good eye for visuals, and a fast learning curve. You'll work closely with the person leading marketing, and also collaborate day to day with the rest of the team.
What This Role Involves
Create and publish content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
Produce video content (filming and basic editing) for social media and internal initiatives
Adapt and produce visual assets in Canva, using templates and guidelines already in place
Write blog posts, helping scale content production
Apply basic SEO best practices and optimization for AI answer engines (GEO)
Support KPI tracking across content, social media, and campaigns
Help bring more automation into how marketing works day to day
What We Are Looking For
Core Skills
Prior marketing experience, even if junior (internships in the field count)
Experience creating content for social media, including video
Basic knowledge of Canva, Capcut and social media platforms
Comfortable using generative AI tools (E.g: ChatGPT, Claude)
Excellent writing skills in English and Portuguese
Autonomy, organization, and a genuine drive to own execution end to end
Nice-to-have
Experience writing blog content with an SEO focus
Basic understanding of GEO (optimization for AI)
Interest in or prior experience with automation tools (Make, or similar)
Comfort working in a B2B / SaaS environment
If you have a portfolio or examples of past work, feel free to share it with your application
How We Like to Work
We aim to build a team of high-agency builders - people who take initiative, move problems forward, and don’t wait for permission to improve things. You’ll likely do well here if you:
Take ownership
Focus on outcomes, not just outputs
Move ideas forward quickly through testing and iteration
Communicate clearly and give direct, no-B.S. feedback
Collaborate effectively across disciplines
Stay comfortable operating in ambiguity
Are curious about AI and how technology reshapes work
Granter is still early in its journey, and we are serious about creating an environment where things get built. People here tend to befriend each other and often stay engaged with the team beyond the strict boundaries of work. We regularly spend time together through team activities and startup ecosystem events.
If that excites you, we’d love to hear from you. If it scares you, this may not be the right place, and that’s okay.
Location Requirement
This role requires physical presence in Lisbon.
Please do not apply if you are not currently based in Lisbon.
